The size of the room and the bathroom was great.Everything was clean.The staff was careful and the restaurant of the hotel was one of our favorite of our Indian journey (18 days and nights)We asked for a quite room and they could accomplish our request

There is nothing that I did not appreciate of this hotel. Probably the view of the room was not great but the city of Aurangabad is not a nice one. You go there just to explore Ellora and Ajanta caves and further monuments outside the city.

Very kind and professional staff and many of them with various duties. Place is well maintained and very clean. Great atmosphere and excellent food.

Busy street but that is typical in downtown area. Shower was cold.then warm then cold.

Staff makes no effort to help the guest. i asked front desk if they round to flat adaptor. they replied in negative. No effort was made to help the guest. i myself ordered the adaptor over Blinkit and got it in 10 mins. i am sure hotel staff could have done the same. i slipped in d room due to leaking water from the ceiling. i made a complaint. Manager called me back and apologised and asked me to call him back when i am back in my room. later they sent someone to repair the leak.

Very comfortable and clean. Food was very good.

My room smelt of mothballs. The staff and dinner were far too attentive. It was difficult to relax and enjoy the good food because you were not left alone for a minute.

Washrooms fittings all outdated and nothing works proper including shower. On/ off happens every 2 minutes -hot and cold water.. very less flow trickling.. every 20 minutes power supply goes and then generator starts after 30 seconds/ one minute . In one day we were there , it went 9 times ..breakfast varieties range very poor.. nothing to choose from .. poor range..Hotel insists 100% advance pymt 48 hours before you land and you get messages, call continuously to pay before reaching , if not we will cancel … not ok at all … Check in during evenings too slow … Water glass bottles in room sticky and not clean..house keeping overall quite poor..Rating 6.5/10

My experience would've been better if it weren't for some issues that arose during my stay. First of all, the room WiFi was unstable and keeps dropping off. Secondly, there some drainage issue with the toilet which cause a lingering smell after flushing. The hotel is within walkable distances to restaurants, shops and ATM's.

one of the best hotels I've stayed at in India, impeccable service, clean bed linen, the room is cleaned daily and towels are changed, breakfast is a fairly generous buffet, a unique experience. Very good value for money...

Very nice hotel with friendly, efficient and helpful staff and good restaurants.

Modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Good food in the restaurant and nice service by the mostly friendly staff.

Our room had changing cold and warm water from the shower

Ambiance only....service was poor at restaurant.

Reception desk was not fully aware of his role to help the customers. Not at all satisfactory with the tone while checking out.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.It had glass bottles with filtered water to minimise plastic waste, but I was unsure if it was suitable for international travellers to drink. I love the concept so more information on this would be helpful.

We liked your staff at the reception and of the room service.

Since renovation work was in progress on our floor where were staying it made us little uncomfortable.Secondly the the test of.food in your restaurant was not upto the mark. It was also very expensive.

I went to the dinning for breakfast during a peak time, around 8:30, so it was so congested. Some staff members ignored

Tv was not working, toilets were bad and water drainage was not good. They took our money in advance and they didn’t pay back.

Spacious rooms with plenty of circulation space in the property for kids and adults.Ample parking space.Food.Cleanliness.

Although plenty of choices, but the taste of food in breakfast was not as good as when you order on your own, at the property.
